Mr. James H. "Buck" Harless serves as an Advisor to the Board. He has established several companies, including Gilbert Lumber Company (which was sold to Georgia Pacific Corporation), Gilbert Imported Hardwoods, Inc. (operating sawmills in Ecuador, Brazil and Guatemala), Dash Coal Company, a.k.a. Hampden Coal Company (producing approximately two million tons of coal per year), and International Industries, Inc. (a holding company that coordinates the coal, timber, manufacturing, and insurance under one umbrella). He has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for all these corporations since their inception.

Mr. Dan Moore serves as an Advisor to the Board. He is a graduate of Concord College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He also graduated from LSU School of Banking in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has completed Executive Management Programs at Harvard University and Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is currently the Chairman of the Board and President of BB&T. He serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Superior Ford Sales-Moore Chevrolet-Moore Chrysler and Superior Electric Company. He also serves on the West Virginia Roundtable Board of Directors, the Bell Atlantic of WV Board of Directors and the Chairman of Marshall University’s Institutional Board of Advisors. He won the 1991 West Virginia Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
